Prisoners isolated following measles scare

Corrections is still waiting
for test results of three inmates who are in isolation due
to a measles scare. The women are isolated
at Auckland Women’s Prison amid concerns they’ve been exposed. No cases have been confirmed. But it’s been enough for Corrections
to quarantine the prison’s Mother and Babies Unit
and restrict prisoner movements. There’ve been 959 confirmed
measles cases in Auckland this year.
